Besides being highly qualified soccer instructors, our staff must have the patience and ability to teach and demonstrate the basic skills required to play this beautiful game. Amongst our staff, you will find recipients of high school all-league and all-CIF (California Interscholastic Federation) honors, league MVP's, and several who have played or are currently playing club or college soccer.  

Some of our staff members actually started out as campers at the Orange County Soccer Camp, and worked their way up as volunteer counselors and eventually as instructors after graduating from high school.

Staff assistants and counselors must be at least 15 years of age when applying to work at camp as counselors or instructors.

Michael (Crusher) Stevens - Has attended soccer camp every year since 1987. (7 years as a camper, one as a counselor and as an instructor for the last two years.) He was the recipient of the "Director's Award" in 1997 for his participation and commitment to soccer and the community.

Juli Evers - Former Brea Olinda High School standout, presently attending Sonoma State University and is a member of the soccer team.

Christine Geske - Former Brea Olinda High School varsity goalkeeper, presently attending North Carolina State University at Asheville and started last year on the soccer team.

Todd Deck - Former Brea Olinda High School varsity player, Orange league MVP. Presently coaching at Cerritos High School.

David Zachary -Former Brea Olinda High School varsity player. Presently attending Notre Dame University.
